Indigo & Crystal ChildrenThe Emissaries of Love
According to noted spiritualists such as Dr. Doreen Virtue and spirit channels such as Lee Carroll and his wife Jan Tober, since the mid 1970s, a spiritually evolved group of children have been incarnating into our society to serve as emissaries of a global transformation. These children are referred to as “Indigo Children.” They are associated with the color which corresponds to the third-eye chakra, indigo blue (a deep-blue with a slight tint of purple).
Carroll and Tober are credited with coining this term for these children and are the co-authors of the best selling book by the same title, “Indigo Children.”
The Age Of IndigoAustralian astrologer Richard Giles correlates this new generation of children with the transitional shift of the Age of Pisces as it moves into the Age of Aquarius, stating that recent transits of Mars are particularly significant for children being born in the year 2003.
The planet Mars recently came closer to the Earth than it has been in thousands of years. It did so while being in close proximity to the planet Uranus (the ruler of the sign of Aquarius) and both planets were joined together in the sign of Pisces (the current Age). The planet Mars is the ancient god of war but is also the ruler of children and infants.
Indigo children are linked to the color blue and often have a blue aura which can be photographed with an aura camera.
What Is An Indigo?An Indigo child has been described as one who displays a new and unusual set of psychological attributes and shows a pattern of behavior generally undocumented before. This pattern has common unique factors that suggest that those who interact with them (parents, in particular) change their treatment and upbringing of them in order to achieve balance.
There seems to be several kinds of Indigos, but the following list can give you some of the most common behavioral patterns. Do these fit anyone you know?
The ten most common traits of Indigo Children:
1. They come into the world with a feeling of royalty (and often act like it).
2. They have a feeling of “deserving to be here,” and are surprised when others don’t share that.
3. Self-worth is not a big issue for them. They often tell the parents “who they are.”
4. They have difficulty with absolute authority (authority without explanation or choice).
5. They simply will not do certain things; for example - waiting in line is difficult for them.
6. They get frustrated with systems that are ritual-oriented and don’t require creative thought.
7. They often see better ways of doing things, both at home and at school, which makes them seem like “system busters” - (nonconforming to any system).
8. They seem antisocial unless they are with their own kind. If there are no others of like consciousness around them, they often let no other human understand them. School is extremely difficult for them socially.
9. They will not respond to “guilt” discipline.
10. They are not shy in letting you know what they need.
The Children Of IndigosAs the Indigo Children of the 70s grow-up and begin to have children of their own, this next generation is being called “Crystal” or “Crystalline” children and they represent a crystallized or concentration of soul energy which is similar to the special gifts of the Indigo Children but of a higher purity.
These children, like Indigos are highly psychic and sensitive but without the dark edge and anger energy. Their auras are bright, radiant, and opalescent. They talk about past lives, distant galaxies, and profound insights concerning peace, love and concepts beyond a child’s comprehension. Many have healing abilities, special connections to nature and animals, as well as unusual eating habits.
These Crystal children are described as inherently carrying the harmonic vibration of the tetrahedral or pyramid form which carries the entirety of light and the sacred spiral. It imbues these children with telepathic abilities and vision into other dimensions.
Many of these children are being misdiagnosed as having psychological or sociological disorders such as A.D.D., A.D.H.D., behavioral problems, bio-chemical imbalances, and severe allergies. It is now being understood that these children require special care to keep them happy, healthy and a significant shift of perspective to avoid inhibiting their special gifts.
